//Discipleship Process

HOW do we accomplish our purpose?
We have a 5-step process. These steps show HOW students move through discipleship – growing to live passionately for Jesus Christ and spread His fame! Each of these steps correspond to a primary program, trip, or event within our ministry designed to accomplish each of the five biblical purposes for the Church: worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry (service), and evangelism (telling others about Jesus).

Here’s how it works:::

>>>STEP ONE: COLLIDE
As stated above, the first and greatest commandment is to love God with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Collide is designed to lead students to WORSHIP God as a lifestyle.

>>>STEP TWO: SBS (Student Bible Study)
Here students are DISCIPLED and encourage to get to know God through His Word in age-graded, gender-based small groups.

>>>STEP THREE: UPLINK & FUSION
God created us for relationships and to be in a community. These small groups are designed to help student FELLOWSHIP (connect) to other believers in a more meaningful way that creates lasting friendships and challenges them to go deeper in their relationship with Christ.

>>>STEP FOUR: MINISTRY TEAMS
These teams provide students with opportunities to use their God-given gifts, talents, and abilities to SERVE others as they build God’s Kingdom.

>>>STEP FIVE: OUTREACH & MISSIONS
As we grow in our relationship with God through worship and studying His Word, connect with other believers in small groups, and use our gifts and talents to serve Him, we will then be ready to engage our culture and the world with the message of salvation through Christ!
